We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Costs and Customs Duties
All costs related to transport and international clearance are subject to the following terms:

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are not fixed. The exact amount is calculated and displayed at the moment of checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Customs Duties & Taxes: All customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the checkout price and must be paid directly to the local authorities or the courier.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is strictly the responsibility of the customer.

Deductions: Initial shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund. Even in cases where "Free Shipping" was applied to the original order, the actual shipping cost incurred by the company will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Important Note: Made-to-measure (custom) orders are strictly non-refundable.
